Peerless 30-inch Ventless Electric Oven Hoods

Peerless has been manufacturing ovens for nearly 100 years, but they are constantly improving important aspects of cooking equipment to improve quality, reliability, and efficiency. All Peerless Bake, Roast and Pizza deck ovens are now certified Ventless. That includes all single, double and triple stack models. This new feature will allow operators to install our ovens without the need for expensive over-hood installations.
